WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT
PD Creative Media has a mission to help small and mid-size businesses by providing high quality customized video content and strategy to our customers. Part of that equation is educating business owners and entrepreneurs on the ins-and-outs of video strategy, production, and visual storytelling.
The Storybuilder Blog will act as a resource for business owners when it comes to content strategy and creation. Our blog is going to be chalk full of knowledge and tips, plus we will also feature Q&As with other marketing professionals, business owners, and just downright interesting people that will offer insight into storytelling, marketing and entrepreneurship.
WHO IS RUNNING THE SHOW
Hey there! Paul Dubiel signing on! I am the founder of PD Creative Media. I am also the editor-in-chief of the blog and podcast. I have been creating visual content for businesses for over 10 years.
I was born and raised in the dusty Panhandle town of Dumas Texas and while still in high school I convinced the high school to give me my art credit for working at our local newspaper. I worked after class and on weekends with the Moore County News press as a sports photographer and reporter. It was during this time that I found my true passion for creating great visual media.
In 2008 I moved to The Hill Country to pursue his degree in English at Texas State University. It was during this time that I seen many local businesses celebrate their grand openings and within the year shutter their doors. After a losing one of my favorite music venues “The Triple Crown”, i made it his mission to help small and mid-size businesses by providing quality, reasonably priced media advertising solutions that would help family owned local businesses keep pace with larger national brands and establish a digital footprint in their online community.
Come with us on this amazing journey as we learn new ways of storytelling! I am excited to be steering the ship and I am always looking for insightful people and companies to feature in the blog and podcast. I am sure there will be challenges in launching this blog and podcast, but whatever was there worth doing, in which there were no challenges!
